Skin peeling or injury?

Hello,

I am not sure about this one...

I saw skin starting to peel above his left eye 3 days ago...this morning I see the same thing above his right eye at the same spot.

Is it peeling or injury? What to do to threat it?

Keep a close eye on it but it sounds like he is shedding
