Skin issue on my little sully?

I see the bumps too, and this might be the early stages of that darn contagious bacterial disease that is popping up on many torts.
i responded to them on facebook. could i have some possible up close shots where the skin is nice and dry. this could be simply the skin got injured right where the split is above the neck or its possible it could be the bacteria. also can you take pics for me over the next few days if this is the bacteria it will most likely start to get drier and the skin on the bump will get tighter in a way. ill check back every day to see if you have any new pics. i have seen literally dozens in my own hands with this and can usually tell pretty well from pics if they are nice and clear as it progress'
