Size of my tortoises

I have a male amd female hermans tortoise the male is quiet rounded and the female larger and flatter they are 2 years and 3 months the male weight is l198g nad the female weight is 254g. Just wondering if there a good weight for there ages please had them. 10 month now

I have always read on this forum that tortoises can grow at a different rate and that this is normal. Are your tortoises Eastern or Western Hermann’s? I have an Eastern Hermann’s tortoise who is 1 year and 4 months old. His shell is 10.5 cm long and he weighs 240 grams. I say ‘he’, but he is too young and small to truly know gender yet.
