Should I be worried? (peeling skin)

My horsefield tortoise has an odd piece of his (skin?) peeling on the left side of his face.
He eats normally, he is very active when outdoors and he is drinking.
Should I be worried about it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated please.

I am not sure about this, but mine all came out of hibernbation with dry skin, some of which was flaking off. Looked alot like when you peel after a sunburn. I was told it is nothing to worry about. Up the humidity and give some warm soaks. I use a little unflavored pedialyte to aid hydration but I am not sure if it works beyond making me feel better about doing a little more for them.
