Shelly is finally drinking!

Hey everyone! I'm so happy to tell you guys that my tort Shelly is FINALLY drinking water. She hasn't been drinking or eating much. And I put her in my new DIY pond and she is drinking so much water! Also, she is eating some of the plants and grass in the pond. Just wanted to tell everyone that she finally started to drink something. So if your tort won't drink, maybe try a small, easy, DIY pond. Also, I wanted to ask, is it ok that the water is a little muddy? Will that affect her at all? Thanks.

What kind of tortoise? do you have?
To put them directly in the water helps very often if they won't eat.
No normally not my guys in the outside drink rain water or water from the ground...
