Hello everyone! Lenore and I are new here, but I've been reading from this forum for months. I'm a little insecure about her pyramiding. I got her a week ago, but I've been working on her humidity levels. (I suspect that is the problem).

I have always done what I can to avoid pyramiding , but I sometimes feel we make too big a deal of it . If your tort is eating , drinking and defecating and moving about in a healthy way it is likely going to be just a cosmetic issue . As long as you do what you say you have been reading about , it should be corrected .

This is my sulcata, I gave my tort a temporary name 'Torta'....yes it's a Mexican sandwich and I eat them everyday thursdays at the farmers market. It's my Torta Thursday type thing I got going. Anyways, my little Tort loves warm bathes and nothing BUT warm bathes. The second it barely feels warm anymore the tort will try to escape and that's when I know I gotta change the water every. five. minutes. lol
