Safety of Dwarf Isopods for 13 week Western Hermann's?

I'd like to introduce these to my 13 week old Western Hermann's aquarium, but she's so tiny, and I'm afraid that they will harass or nibble on her eyes etc...

They shouldn't harm your tort. They may over-run the place eventually. What do you want them to eat?

Why not save $20 and go outside and find some roly-polies under a rock?

Thanks, I tried that with the rocks, but they are too large, and according to Josh's Frogs, the bigger ones can harass smaller animals. I have some clean up crew food that I'll put in there for them.

Most people use them to be the clean up crew for the enclosure. Why would you feed them if you are putting them in an occupied tortoise enclosure. Let them clean up the enclosure.
