Safe Species of Cacti and Succulents

I plan on putting some aloes, agaves, and other cacti and succulents in my outdoor tortoise yard for décor. I have a few questions: Are all species of cacti and succulent safe if a little is ingested? Im not feeding them the plants just want as décor and will remove if eatin. Is miracle gro cactus soil dangerous for the tortoises. Any cacti and succulents that are deadly for tortoises?

Some succulents are not safe. The euphorbia family has toxic sap. When you're at the store looking, do a Google search, "Is such and such toxic/edible?"
