Safe for russian & western herman baby?

So I told my brother to order me a mix from kapidolo farms... he completely orders me the wrong stuff from what I picked out somehow. Lol so I want to make sure that these mixes are safe for both my Russian tort, and a western hermann hatchling on the way.
Are rose hips considered an actual fruit?

The package says "Rose Flowers" not Rose Hips (which develop below the flower after it is pollenated).

Those are all fine.

I'm not familiar with Honey Bush but the rest are best soaked and mixed with fresh greens but they are all good stuff for Testudo's

They’re all fine. Not sure if your tortoises will eat chamomile though; probably best soaked as described above.
