Russians Shell OK?

im not an expert on this but id suggest making sure that the humidity is right (around 30-50% for your russian), feed them high-fiber foods (such as leafy weeds), make sure to sprinkle a bit of calcium powder for reptiles and if you want you can get a cuttlefish bone because those have calcium, and give it all-day access to foods high in calcium and fiber as mentioned before
