Russian tortoise indoor enclosure

Hi there everyone. I'm looking to build an enclosed indoor tortoise table. Actually two. I want to put my two Russians together (both female and get along great!) and i also want to build a nice big home for my newly adopted forest hinge back. I want to make sure I can keep consistent temps and humidity. I've been reading that closed enclosure with lids help with that a lot but I'm having a hard time finding a complete enclosure and not just a tort table. Any pics, outlines, suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Also I've been having mixed reviews on substrate and under tank heat pads?? Comments?
