RIP Hahn

i had a baby res that my gf found on the road...no where near a water area, he was walkin on the road and had pretty bad burns. so i took him in and took care of him, had him in a big tank, and just yesterday i discovered he drowned. he got stuck between 2 rocks, i wonder y he was tryin to wedge in between the rocks. so i gave him a proper burial. RIP Hahn

I'm sorry you've lost Hahn. This sometimes happens with water turtles. I don't understand it either. They just must not realize how much bigger their shell is than their head. Its hard to lose an animal, and harder with Hahn because you rescued him from burning on the road!

I lost a softshell turtle this way once. Sad to see them go this way.
