This big beautiful male sulcata was located wandering around in the woods. He was brought to us for relocation and care. He appeared to be very strong, alert, and very healthy. He could sure eat, lol! He is now locally relocated with several other large female sulcatas.

Wow! I can't believe someone isn't looking for such a beautiful animal. Glad he got to someone that could care for him properly and with a harem to add the icing! Lol
The second picture had me looking twice. I thought he was in an oven. In my defense I am suffering from a bit of heat exhaustion

Two kids, One husband, One Hines57, One Leopard Tortoise, and a room at the sanitarium lol

Here is the funniest part...we all think he looks huge but to the "aldabraman" he probably looks like an itty bitty ;)

Good job on the rescue!

* Actually he was over sixty pounds!

* Unknown for sure, however we think he was loose for some time because he was very thirsty and hungry. He must have drank a gallon of water during his first soak in the kiddy swimming pool.

When I run away, I'm either going to you Greg in Florida, or Tom in Cali. Hmm, can't decide which would be better LOL:p :D

Did you post pics of the tort to try and find it's owner . I would be going out of my mind trying to find my tort . He looks to healthy to be not cared for.
