Rescued EBT with spots on the plastron

I took this lovely lady in recently and unfortunately she didn’t have the best life in the past. She was extremely underweight and had a vitamin A deficiency. Fortunately I got the vitamin deficiency fixed up and she’s gaining weight (about 5-10g every couple weeks). However, she has these strange spots on her plastron. They’re not soft or smelly, just discolored. Any ideas on what this might be?

It's fungus, you can put some cheap athletes foot cream on it. Should clear up in a few days.
