I plan on getting an Indian star Tortosie or an Ivory Suclata or some exotic tortoise in the summer time. I was thinking about getting one at a reptile expo but have heard that some expos may not even offer tortoises or only offer a few species.

Does anyone know of an expo that would offer any of these speices in California or Nevada or what are some good websites?

Does anybody know of any upcoming expos in California or even Nevada that may offer these species? Or what are some good websites?

The chances are very high that people selling these tortoises at a reptile expo did not start them correctly.

You would be much better served buying them directly from a breeder that starts their babies correctly.

Please read these for a better understanding of what I'm talking about here.
