Rehoming male Russian tortoise NY,PA

I took him in about two months ago from an owner who did not know how to properly take of him. Luckily he was not in as bad of condition as I initially thought and is ready for a forever home. He is active with a very good apitite and regular poops. Looking for someone with proper knowledge and setup. I would rather not ship him and can meet halfway for anyone in NY Pa area. Will request pictures of setup of anyone interested, don't want to send him back into a bad living condition.
