Recently moved to Amsterdam - Need help with plant IDs Please!

I recently moved to Amsterdam to live with my boyfriend and I've started working on our back yard to get it in livable condition (as it's a bit of a jungle). I'm originally from Maine (USA) and have no idea what some of these plants are. I'm sure some are weeds and others are actual plants, but I'm just not sure. I'm hesitant to start yanking things up because if any of these plants are edible for my Russian tort I'd like to keep them. I'll post as many pics as I'm able of the most common plants that I see out back. Please help, I want the yard to be safe for my little fella!

I'm not of much help here, but No 7 is Aquilegia - which is toxic for mammals.
