Hey Guys,

It's been a while since I've been on here and I have a question. Are Hostas ok for Russian torts to eat? What about spider plants?

I live in AZ and have a hard time getting plants to grow and last. I've got aloe, hibiscus, elephant bushes, petunia's, some grasses, and misc. tortoise seed mix which is just starting up. They're still hibernating but will be out in about a month. Wanted to get the enclosure fully prepped before the onslaught of 6 hungry Russians waking up from their winter sleep! Any other suggestions for plants out in AZ are appreciated as well. THX!

Hi TOK DADDY:

I don't believe you've ever told us what to call you?

Yes, hostas and spider plants are fine. I have several planted in my Russian pen.
