So at the local chain pet store that I sometimes go to for fish is a greek tort. He has been there a long time and he has a beautiful shell pattern on him (almost hermann looking). Anyways today I decided I was going have the guy take him out so I could see him up close, he had big clear eyes and definatly a male, but my question do greek males have a large indentation on there plastron? I know my male russian doesn't so I was just wondering.

Some times they do Jen and sometimes they don't. It sounds like he might be a T. g. antakyensis. :D

He is so cute, And his shell pattern was amazing. I feel so bad for him, all of his friends have been bought and now he sits and waits for someone to take him, he looks like he loss the tip of his tail sometime in his life.

It all depends on the subspecies your looking for. :D There are plenty of CB Greeks out there, just not of all the subspecies.
