Question for Aldabra man

Hey I wanted to ask you if it is normal for aldabras to have dark wet looking eyes? I have been told that it is more common for aldabras to have wet eyes . they are normally wet in the morning. She gets a soak everyday. There has not been a loss in her appetite at all and her nose and breathing stays clear.. I just got curious when I was going threw her pictures

* We notice that our aldabras seem to be naturally dryer in the winter months when the weather is colder and less humidity!

Hello, one of my 3 year old Aldabras also has wet eyes, mostly when it gets cooler and windy in the afternoon, but today at noon I was spying on them and noticed how wet her/his eyes appeared in direct sunlight. I've seen several posts here that suggest this is normal. No discharge from the nostrils at all. My question is this: since their nighttime environment has heat, should I mist the substrate, which is timothy hay, in order to get it a little humid inside? Temps between 80-85.
