Possible Prolapse......help

I luv reptiles, but am new to the tortoise world. When I got home this afternoon I noticed pink from under her tail. I know it comes out every time she relieves herself, but it always goes back in. It's pretty obvious it's not an intestine, but I'm not sure if it's her cloaca or if she's a he and it's a penis! Either way I could use some help. It def was t like this this morning around 10:00 am so it hasn't been more than a few hours at the most.

Congratulations! It's a boy.

The only time it's considered a 'prolapse' is if it comes out and won't go back inside. When young male tortoises first start through their coming of age portion of their lives, they sometimes play with the penis. He should eventually get used to having it and leave it alone.
