I went to jurassic pets and found these two Russian torts one is male and one is female and they have been there for awhile now and I really want them so the can have a good home

If you decide to get them, don't forget they will probably need two separate enclosures. They are probably quite stressed now, but with the right husbandry, the male will pester the female and possibly make her very sick or dead. If you got the room, you could give a good argument that they have been there so long, you'd like to give them a better home and then offer less for the two of them.
