PLEASE HELP! I don't know if my tortoise is dead !

I just got home. I did not notice any activity when i went to her terrarium. I picked her up hoping she would react but she didn't. I soaked her in warm water and she also did not react. i picked her up again and she was squishy. when i grabbed her i thought she was moving but quickly realized and started to scream that in fact i was squishing her. I dont know if she's dead i really hope she isn't i love my tortoise. she also has been emitting any foul smells and is barely a child about 8 months.

So very sorry. It sounds like the worst has happened. If she were mine, and I wasn't sure if she had passed, I would put her in her enclosure, make sure she is warm and wait until the next morning. Then soak her in the a.m. And see if there is any movement.
However, if you were trying to say there WAS a foul smell along with squishy shell and no movement, specially a squishy shell, then I would have to say she probably has passed on.
