hello All well my pancake tortoises are just over two years old now and i wanted to ask if anyone could take a shot at their sex. i know it may be a bit early but its good fun to try.many thanks

It still may be too early like you said, but here are my guesses:

LUCIANNA is a male
GABRIELLA is a female

Last Pancake I raised turned out to be a male. He was 3-4 years old before it was obvious he was a male. So you should know pretty soon.

Hey thanks

They are still looking to both be females to me at nearly three years old. Their tails have not extended and both look pretty similar. But as you say may turn out to be males in the next year or so.
I will wait and see.
I now have a radiated whom I also think is a little girly she's only three years too so also very early days xx :0) thanks again

Two years old is still too young to be certain of gender in my opinion. I reckon on 5-10 years before there's any accuracy

Thank you I will wait and see.i just wanted to know I case I need to separate as their siblings.at the moment there's not many pancakes around for sale so it's a good thing I have to wait to see sexes :)
