Plants for tortoise enclosure

Hello all! So I wanted to get some tillandsia's for my hermann's tortoises, specifically Tillandsia usneoides, is it safe for my tortoise? I also would like to get them some succulents like a string of pearls succulent or aloe vera for their enclosure, what do you guys think? What other plant do you think I should put in their enclosure? Tank you!

Aloe Vera plants are fine. Just be careful not to use plants direct from the garden center - they might have insecticides, pesticides or fertilizers in or on them. Always best to repot & wash up...etc. Problem is that sometimes the enclosure for a tort is not the best location for some plants. Too hot or moist or dry or wrong lighting.
