I have some Irish trailing moss, hibiscus, Snow White, red maranta, and begonias in my enclosure. oh and succulent.

In terms of herbs, I'd try mint for sure, maybe Basil, parsley, or cilantro? Not sure on growing conditions for the lattermost two.
