Hey guys is this safe to plant in my enclosure ? The photo ID says it’s “heart of Jesus” for a sulcata, thankks,

Greetings.

if i had to guess, id say no. It just has those large tubers & leaves & fleshy stalks that are usuallyassociated with “do not feed“. It’s in the Caladium family, & associated with Elephant Ear (a no go for most tort species).

So, a vote of No. ❌ from me.

That is a diffenbachia (dumb cane) plant and is toxic to tortoises.

A “heart of Jesus” plant is a caladium. Caladiums have heat-shaped leaves. I’ve attached a photo of actual caladiums.
