Plant ID please!

Can someone help me to ID this plants?

I found it on my backyard and my tort seems to like it..

I don't know the names of the plant, but I already ask someone that it's fine for them..

Just curious for 2nd opinion, 3rd opinion and etc..

I am sorry that I cannot identify your plants for you.

They are much easier to identify if you leave them growing in the ground when you take the picture as we can get clues for the shape and height of the plant as well as its surroundings. It is also useful to post which country/state you are in as those of us using the app cannot see this easily...and obviously some plants are more common in some places than others

Hmm, I live in indonesia..

Well, I will take a picture of it tomorrow..

But so far I only used greens and fresh grass
