Hello all,

This morning I noticed that Leroy has pinkish/red coloring on his plastron. He's very active, his appetite is normal and gets plenty of sunshine. His substrate is Coco coir. He does like trying to climb up on his half log & scrapes his plastron in the process... I'm just worried it might be the start of septicemia, any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!IMG_20190811_082443066.jpeg

That is healthy new growth. The pinkish color comes from vascularization of the area to support the new growth.
