I email adds like this when i see them to tell them they are misinformed, Usually I get ignored. What gets to me about this add is the mention of state laws, when they are breaking the law.

So maybe some one else can tell them also that they do not have two Sulcatas.

They're not actually saying that they have TWO sulcatas. Their ad says they have a two year old female sulcata for sale but doesn't really say which one of those tortoises in the pictures is the sulcata. So they could be correct about the two-year-old sulcata but they have no idea that it's a female.

So, the two year old, DARK female sulcata could be describing the lighter, smaller actual sulcata and not the sonoran desert tortoise? Though you certainly could be technically correct, I find this highly dubious.
