Orchid Bark is the special medium (like compost or soil) that orchids are grown in. You can get it from pet Shops and Garden Centres... and it is easily available online in the UK,.

Just went rang the shop were they sell tortoise stuff they said they don't sell orchid bark but they said the beach chips\terra wood is what the rain forest is coved in !! We're else in the UK sells orchid bark or delivers it quickly ????

I don't know whereabouts in the uk you are but you can get it online from blue lizard reptiles! They are a great shop about an hour from me but are cheap direct prices online for all kinds of tortoise products! they do the orchid bark!
