If you google for Orchid Bark, you will see that it can be bought from many online pet stores that sell reptile supplies.

You can also buy it from garden centres online... so presumably you might be able to find it at a garden centre near you.

Orchid Bark is used for growing Orchids (instead of soil or compost) as well as tortoise substrate.
