I really can not see the point if a tort is cared for properly there really is no need for silly sweaters. It the same with dogs why do people feel the need to dress them up! they are born with fur but people put silly clothes on them. To me the jumpers are just something to get caught up or wet when the little chap decides to go for a paddle in their water.
