About a day ago my sulcata groot had a runny nose but from only one nostril. So I turned the heat up, brought the humidity down and soaked him in warm water. The good news is it isn't runny anymore but my concern is it seems to have plugged up. Groot isn't bothered by it though he's not struggling to breathe, he's still eating....a lot, and he's still active. Should I be worried or just keep an eye on it?

Personally I would try very carefully to get it out with some fine tweezers. It would bother me. If your aren't 100% confident about doing this yourself, find a vet that knows reptiles.

How would I do that he always shoots inside his shell when something gets close to his face

I'm looking closer and it looks like he got some of his bedding stuck in his nose. I think his "runny nose" was from when I soaked him earlier that day and he likes to shove his face in his bedding.

Slowly, carefully and patiently.

Bedding? Sounds like you might be using the wrong stuff.
