Not very active russian,

Hi my Russian tortoise to me is very inactive all she dose, when I put her lights on in a morning she will shoot out of her hide and sit there ALL day she walks to the food an back that's is. Is this normal? And is there any thin I can do to get her more active

How old/big is she? What are your overall temps in her enclosure? Sometimes a tort remaining in the heat source alot of the time can be an indicator that the temps in the remainder of the enclosure just are not comfortable ....I would check there first and if you have a very young tort that also can offer up a bit more "shyness"....

I am not sure on the age? The room temp is 22.3 and the temp in her enclosure is between 30/34?

Those temperatures are fine. Does she eat when she goes to the food? Does she seem otherwise healthy? It could simply be the season.

Then I would not worry. Probably just the season.
