No urates after eating pellets

So recently ive been feeding some mazuri pellets to my sully but i havent seen her/him pass any urates for a week now. She pees whenever i soak her however she doesnt seem to be drinking on her own and since i dont want her to get a bladder stone again i've taken measures by wetting her food but still no luck with the urates. Usually whenever she eats some pellets her urine has some urates but i havent seen any in a week and im afraid that a stone might have already formed since it was the same case previously. I have also observed that she has a very very slow growth rate as i adopted her in september 2020 and as of now i barely see growth. I've asked some sellers here but they said to try feedign her papaya?? But from what ive seen on @Tom 's thread it says sulcatas shouldnt be fed fruits. If i try feeding aloe will it be able to make her urinate urates??

They don't produce urates when they are soaked daily and well hydrated.

They should never be fed fruit.
