It looks like the Komodo is eating the turtle, which is now dead. I would not venture near this one! But still, I do wonder what is going on.

I read the article that went with this video clip. There's a longer video and it shows him put it down. His head isn't stuck he's holding it with his mouth.

If a Komodo Dragon bites you you will die of septic saliva infection unless pumped full of antibiotics almost immediately. It is almost as bad as actual poison. This poor turtle is either already dead or soon to be just from a bite.
