Newbie with unidentified tortoise type

Hi sorry I’ve already posted asking for help to identify my new rescue tortoise. It’s a long long time ago since I last owned a tortoise and things have changed dramatically in tortoise care so I’m very great full to anyone who can suggest any help or tips. I look forward to learning on the job!

I'm not sure what species of tort you have. When someone ID's it for sure, then we'll be able to give you lots of info and links to stuff to read.
