Do you have pics of your tort & it's enclosure?
What are the temps for the enclosure?
Is your Aldabra blowing bubbles out of its nose when it is getting soaked? Or is it actually foaming out of the mouth??

@arisda17 problems like this are almost always caused by problems with temperatures. Too warm or too cold and your tort cannot be active or digest food

Please post pictures of your enclosure and lighting so we can help

You also need to tell us the 4 important temperatures: Directly under the basking lamp, warm side, cool side and overnight minimum

I am tagging @ALDABRAMAN for detailed advice, but due to time zones, he probably won't be around until later.

Your torts definitely need more variety in their diet.

Do you have lighting when you bring them indoors?

What temperature is it outside?

Your diet is way off and the indoor enclosure is way to small for one Aldabra let alone three. Do not feed those items, tomatoes cucumber and lemon. You must get them a better diet of the greens you are growing, grasses, optunia cactus, orchard and/or alfalfa hay. They also have to have lots of room to roam or their muscle will not be able to carry them. How big is their outdoor enclosure? It looks way too small for three Aldabras. Not really big enough for one.

Foaming at the mouth means the tortoise is overheating. When sunbathing do you also provide shade? They can die from overheating.

Here's a list of foods to offer:

Mulberry leaves
Grape vine leaves
Hibiscus leaves
African hibiscus leaves
Blue hibiscus leaves
Rose of Sharon leaves
Rose leaves
Geraniums
Gazanias
Lavatera
Pansies
Petunias
Hostas
Honeysuckle
Cape honeysuckle
Leaves and blooms from any squash plant, like pumpkin, cucumber, summer squash, etc...
Young spineless opuntia cactus pads

Weeds:
There are soooooooo many...
Dandelion
Mallow
Filaree
Smooth Sow thistle
Prickly Sow thistle
Milk thistle
Goat head weed
Cats ear
Nettles
Trefoil
Wild onion
Wild mustard
Wild Garlic
Clovers
Broadleaf plantain
Narrow leaf plantain
Chick weed
Hawksbit
Hensbit
Hawksbeard

Stop offering tomato, cucumber and lemon. Those are not good food items for Aldabran tortoises.

The last one is a scratch. You can't remove any of the damage. Put it down to wear and tear.

The first two pictures - is the area soft? Or is it just dry and flaky. Again it could well be old damage

As your tortoise grows, they will become less obvious.
