New to site, how do I create an Album and start adding photos?

Looked at add new media, seen a message to say I do not have any albums? So how do I go about starting an album? I have a photo bucket account, is this ok to use or is there a better site to use?

You don't have to 'choose an album.' Just 'choose a category' then follow the directions on the screen.
