New temporary enclosure

So, Mr. Tortie decided to escape his enclosure yesterday an luckily after 10 min frantically searching for him I found him eating my neighbors grass..... Well that will never happen again. Just a lit tle bit of information here, I live in Washington and we don't get very many warm days in the year, this last week he has
Gotten to go outside for an hour or two in this little critter fence. Yesterday he found a spot where he could get under the fence, so I went today and bought cinder blocks to make a heavier type fence, keep in mind it's only for a few hours a day, but I'm still really nervous he will escape again, so I have been sitting outside watching his every move... Let me
Know what you think from

He doesn't look to happy with you in picture #3, but I am sure he will stay put for awhile, as long as you are watching him.. They are sneeky...

All of you who have open outdoor enclosures for your tortoises, aren't you afraid of predators like birds, cats and such? I know I would be. :/

Have any that I have ever seen in my yard, but when he is out there I'm out there80% of the time :) a lot of people put some kind of netting over their enclosures.
