Congratulations. Your little kid is adorable.When I got my first Indian Star Tortoise I was a nervous wreck.I had Sulcatas in the past but the Stars care are 100% different. all I can say if it weren't for the good,kind caring folks in this forum my lil Squirt would never had made it. When I got my baby he was 2 months and tiny weighed .65 now he's 4.65 as of yesterday.He's 14 months now. when I got him he wouldn't let me touch him then a few months ago he came out of his shell YES PUN INTENDED LOL. I can lightly rub his feet,legs and head.When he sees me he comes over.It's all about time and good care

Yes Yoshi's definitely less shy nowadays when I soak him. He lets me rub his head and arms as long as I approach slowly. Your boy is so cute! Congratulations as well.
