Hey Guys,

I'm lucky to live in AZ where my Russian's can live outside all year long. I currently have 4 little guys and I've recently added to my enclosure and wanted to post the picks for some feedback and thoughts. I've dug out numerous hideaways for them so they can escape the heat - and they've dug several of their own. Let me know what you think!

Very nice! And excellent use of the space around your house. I always like to see nice, big enclosures for outdoor tortoises, and yours really fits the bill.

Very cool! Looks like you have a lot of space. Lucky torts. Do you grow food for them? Thanks for sharing. :)

Wow, awesome! I love it. Do you have to worry about Ratcoons? I would love to make something like that but I have to have the top covered.

It's beautiful! What a nice, spacious enclosure.
Your Russians are stunning. What are their names?

I'm so jealous :)

Thanks - appreciate the nice feedback. No worries about raccoons here in AZ - to hot for them and not enough water. Luckily I don't have to worry about putting a top on. Cats don't really bother them - they lose interest pretty fast.

Yes - most if not all the plants in their enclosure are edible and safe. Unfortunately they are spoiled and prefer for me to feed them fresh greens. But they do nibble on the vegetation if they need a little extra!

How cool! Love the tortoise crossing sign. How many torts do you have?

I sure wish you had made your pictures bigger. Those are so small I gave up on trying to see them.

I know - for whatever reason this website would not even allow even medium pictures - had to go with the small. I'll try to post some medium size...agree 100%.
