Well we finaly talked my wife into letting my daughter have a snake. my daughter bought a kenyan sand boa, pretty cool snake its still small and eats great. i will take pics after she sheds.

That is the only snake that I have ever owned. Fat little sucker and kinda odd looking, but still very cool---until it bit me! Then I was having those snake nightmares all over again! Darn Catholic School upbringing!

Congrats! KSBs are pretty neat. And they'll stay small which is nice. I remember one of my first snakes was a Kenyan sand boa. I got it as an unsexed neonate, and for the longest time I thought there was something wrong with it--it grew SO slow!! Especially compared to the rest of my snakes, all corns at that time. Turns out the sand boa was male, which explained a lot... Lol.
