Fantastic job. I added this to my favorites before I even read it.

Thanks so much for taking the time to put this together. Very helpful.

That is great. Thank you for putting this together.

This is exactly the kind of thing I want to have for Greeks also.

Nice job on the photos; some text was a bit small to read and obscured when I tried to increase the page view. But most I was able to read OK. Thanks for your time and effort.

I saw the plastron photos, and I have been wondering about my 2-year-old Hermann's who has a very distinct and high (raised) plastron, which seemed to have developed over the last six months. He seems to raise off the ground a bit when he lowers himself, that is, when not standing on his feet. The ridges are black. His shell and skin seems normal otherwise, better -- smoother, shiny, symmetrical, etc., -- than some other Hermann's photos.

I searched under plastron on the site but didn't find any posts about plastron growth directly, most were about gaps or discoloration, etc.

Thank You so very much. My little Gaius is dying I am afraid...He hasn't eaten in two days; while his other two siblings are doing wonderful...I checked with the vet....the man who sold them to me also....No luck...the vet had never even seen a Hermanni before....I guess Merlin and Arthur will have to make it by themselves. Thanks
again...I really liked your pictures!

Have you checked our vet lists? Where do you live?
