Need help identifying this leopard tortoise

Can you tell if this tortoise is the large Pardalis or smaller Babcocki?

No. You have to know the source. Once they put size on its difficult to tell because so many of them have mixed genetics now, and there are so many ways to raise them. Hatchlings are easy to tell.
