@Yvonne G redditor recommended you so I've tagged you in this post.
In the beginning i want to note that there are no reptile vets or something like that in a city where I currently am and due to quarantine I can not travel to other parts of the country.
I think my tortoise has an eye infection, first she had it on one eye, then it got better bit now she has it on both, they are super swollen
We've beet treating her with erythromycin ointment(3rd day today), she's indoors now (previously she freely lived in a yard, came for food from time to time). I can't tell if this treatment is working or not, there's only little change (some white hard material came out of one eye). Can this be something else?
Oh, and she won't eat. How can I open her mouth to feed from a syringe? I haven't been able to find any good tutorial. I fear I might harm her in the process
