My Tortoise is acting weird, please help!

Is he still doing the gagging and scratching? More, less, the same?

UPDATE: He stopped gagging and scratching! And he ate for the first time last night and this morning as well! I gave him a bath today morning and some leafy greens to feast on. All is well.
