My tortoise is 1.5 years old is this a good size

He is a leopard tortoise 1.5 years old approx and he is 9.5 cm in length and weighs 150 grams, is this a good size

Because they grow at their own pace and lots of factors play into it. Diet, hydration, uvb etc, it's hard to really say if it's a good/average size.
As long as he keeps gaining weight and size it's good
He looks good and obviously has grown from hatchling size.
