Mina the health issues of your torts are many and complex. You can only soak, feed and treat the parasites... and accept that you are going to lose a few without veterinary help. It's impossible to diagnose this.
Does she try to eat or does she show no interest in food at all?
Did she get medication? How do you keep her, still in the same enclosure together with all other tortoises?
Is there anyway you can return these tortoises to where you bought them or find someone with expertise to take them off your hands?
There is very little we can do to help, unfortunately. You need a qualified vet and a substantial enclosure overhaul. Without both of those things occurring, I am not sure what can be done.

No .. I keep her in a separate enclosure. I force feed her.
She moves a little in circles. And backwords .
She show no interest in food .
I gave her medications for parasites as the same as all my herd .
She pooped an egg without diging. Or digging in a wrong position That lead to its breakage
She is still strong.
